SCRIPTURAL CONFESSIONS FOR PREGNANCY AND CHILDBIRTH
Study Center | Home Page | PDF Version

One of the best things you can do during pregnancy is study God’s Word and speak the Word of God over your baby!  Isaiah 55:11 says, “So shall My Word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void (without producing any effect, useless), but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”

I worship the Lord my God, His blessings are upon my food and water.  He has taken sickness from me.  I will not miscarry nor be barren and the number of my days He will fulfill.  Exodus 23:25-26

God my Father helps me and in the name of Jesus I receive all His blessings for me, those of the deep, blessings of the breasts and of the womb.  Genesis 49:25

Thus saith the Lord my Redeemer, He that formed me from the womb, “I am the Lord that maketh all things.”  Praise the Lord, God is perfectly forming my healthy baby in my womb.  Jesus defeated Satan and the enemy cannot touch my baby.  The Lord stretched out the Heavens alone and spread abroad the earth and His ways of creation are perfect.  Isaiah 44:24

All my children shall be taught of the Lord and great shall be their peace and undisturbed composure.  Isaiah 54:13
Lord, You have upheld me from the time of my birth.  You brought me from my mother’s womb at your appointed time.  I thank You that You also bring forth my baby at Your perfect hour; I praise You continually!  Psalm 71:6

I meditate in the Word of God and keep it before my eyes.  The Lord loves me, blesses me, and multiples me.  He has blessed the fruit of my womb and all that I need each day to live in abundance.  I stand on the Word of God, which says I shall never be barren and all my sicknesses have been taken from me by Jesus Christ.  Deut 7:13-15.

I shall not labor in vain or have trouble bringing forth for I and my offspring are the seed of the blessed of the Lord. Isaiah 65:23

The Lord maketh the barren woman to keep house and to be the joyful mother of children.  Psalm 113:9

Father, I thank You that You perfectly form my child’s inward parts and knit them together in my womb.  I praise You, for the creation of my baby is wonderful.  All the days of his/her life are written in Your book before they take place or even his/her substance was formed.  Psalm 139:13-16

Lord, I thank You that You feed your flock, gathering and carrying Your lambs in Your bosom and gently directing those with young.
Isaiah 40:11
