Read: Read the selected daily Bible passage.

Speak: Speak the chosen Bible passage out loud.

Think: Think about the daily Bible passage. Ask yourself how it applies personally to your life.

Pray: Prayer is conversation with God.
Pray the prayer in this guide for each day.
After praying, feel free to pray as your heart and the Holy Spirit lead you.

Grow As you read Pastor Bob’s daily teaching, apply the knowledge gained to your own life, and expect to grow!

Listen: As you work through each day’s devotion, record any thoughts or ideas that come to you concerning your growth as a follower of Jesus.

DAY 1
Read:  Deuteronomy 28:10:
Then all the people of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the Lord… (NKJV)
Speak: All the people of the earth will SEE that I am called by the name of the Lord.
Think: When God pours out His blessings on His people, the world takes notice and it opens the doors for bringing souls into God’s kingdom.
Pray: Lord, thank You for this time to think about the blessings you have already given me and continue to pour into my life. Your blessings are about souls. Show me how I can work together with my Grace Church family so together we can see more lives reached with the Gospel. I desire to see souls saved. Show me how You want me to bless our church and impact your kingdom.
Grow: The ultimate purpose of financial prosperity is to preach the gospel.

Picture a congregation becoming so prosperous that it raises curiosity in their city. Visitors come to discover what that church’s big secret of success is, and they find the Lord. This has always been God’s most important reason for divine prosperity. He proclaimed it to Israel in Deuteronomy 28:1-14 when He named the blessings that would come upon them if they obeyed His Word. He said He would set His people above all nations of the earth in such a way that all others would know it was He who caused them to prosper and not themselves alone.

DAY 2
Read: Luke 6:38:
Give, and it will be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you. (NKJV)
Speak:  Because I give with a right heart toward God’s kingdom, it will be given back to me good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over so that I can give again.
Think:  We can never out-give God. If we give the little we have with the right heart, He gives us more in return. Whatever we give together, whether large or small (according to our ability to give), will be used to measure back what He returns to us.
Pray:  Lord, I desire to give into Your kingdom. I am praying for your direction in how I can give into the kingdom of God. I know my giving does not go unnoticed by You and I could never out-give what you have already poured into my life. Thank You for each opportunity I have to give into your kingdom. I give out of what you have already given to me, knowing You will give back to me so I can give once again into your kingdom.
Grow: God’s kind of prosperity is not just “getting by.” God’s kind of prosperity is abundance.

Abundance is having more than you need, more than you ever thought you would have. In fact, abundance means having so much that you can give to others and meet their needs—which is how the world takes notice and becomes curious about you! You can say to them, “God has caused me to prosper. Don’t you want to know Him too?”

DAY 3
Read: Matthew 16:18:
…I will build My church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. (KJV)
Speak: Jesus is building His Church, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it!
Think: If Jesus is building His Church, and we are part of the Church He is building, we have nothing to fear concerning God’s provision for our life. God has already given us everything that pertains to life and godliness and we can trust God’s Word over every lie of Satan that would cause us to doubt God’s promises!
Pray:  Lord, I trust you and cast down every fear that tries to rear its head in opposition to my desire to give into Your kingdom. Thank you that You help me to hear clearly what You would have me to give. I know You are building Your Church and the gates of hell cannot prevail against me!
Grow: The fall of Jericho reveals a secret of the kingdom of God that Satan doesn’t want us to know.

When we take the offensive against our fears by trusting in and obeying God’s Word, our fears become afraid, our doubts begin to doubt themselves, and the knees of our excuses start to shake! Just as the Canaanites knew God was with Israel, every adversary and hindrance in our life knows prosperity belongs to us. They know the power of God is greater than they are, and their hold on us is only as strong as our fears and excuses to not trust and obey God’s Word. God has given us the city! Although we may not know what will happen tomorrow, we know tomorrow is already ours. Whatever comes against us, whatever great fortress we face, God has already given it to us. Who cares if Satan rears his ugly head and all hell comes against us! Jesus has already promised the gates of hell would not prevail against the Church—and that means us!

DAY 4
Read:  Matthew 6:34:
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. (NKJV)
Speak:  I will not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will have its own worries.
Think: Think about this: tomorrow does exist, but by the time it arrives it is today. So why lay awake at night worrying about what tomorrow will bring? Isn’t it a whole lot easier to simply trust God?
Pray:  Lord, I refuse to worry about what tomorrow will bring. I know You are faithful and I know You are my provision. I know I can trust in You. When You speak to my heart to give, I will be quick to respond. I will give in faith and peace with joy, knowing as I sow money into Your kingdom, I am sowing into the lives of people who will be touched by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Grow: Fear and excuses are always focused on the future.

God has taken care of us every moment until now, but still we entertain thoughts of how our life could fall apart in the next hour, tomorrow, or a week from now. Do you remember the first time you decided to give into God’s kingdom? Maybe you came close to giving, but then backed off because of fear. You came close again and finally broke through one day and gave. To your amazement and delight, a great supernatural power hooked up with you and the joy of giving and trusting God with your life and your money became a wonderful reality.

DAY 5
Read: Matthew 6:19-21:
Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.  (NKJV)
Speak: I will not store up treasures here on earth, where they can be eaten by moths and get rusty, and where thieves can break in and steal them. I will store up treasures in heaven where they will never become moth-eaten or rusty and where they will be safe. My heart is fixed on the Lord and that is where I will put my treasure!
Think: Where would you rather store up treasures? On earth, with little benefit or reward or in heaven where you rewards will be eternal?
Pray: Father, You are more important to me than any treasure on earth. The money I store up and invest on earth will help me while I am living in this life, but the money I invest into the work of Your kingdom is an expression of my love for You. Thank you for showing me how I can invest in Your kingdom. By doing so, in obedience to what you are speaking to my heart, I know I am storing up treasures in heaven for eternity!
Grow: God loves to see us succeed and prosper, but He loves it even more when, of our own free will, we give back to Him.

To the world, money is everything. Money not only buys us the necessities and luxuries of life, but it also gives us an image and status. To the world, how we spend our money tells others what kind of person we are and what is the most important to us. Because unbelievers respect money so much, when we give portions of our money to the Lord, it is a high honor by worldly standards. We are literally giving our life to the Lord when we give Him our money. Even the world knows if we really love and trust God, we will take joy in giving to Him.

DAY 6
Read: 2 Corinthians 9:7:
So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver. (NKJV)
Speak: As I purpose to give to God, I will give. I will not give reluctantly or in response to pressure. I will give cheerfully because I know God loves a cheerful giver.
Think:  We should never feel “forced” into giving to God or like our arm is being twisted to give. When we give to God it should always be with a willing heart and cheerfully because of our love for Him.
Pray: Heavenly Father, I love you. I purpose never to give because I feel like a man is forcing or pressuring me to give. My desire it to give into Your kingdom with a cheerful heart because I love You.
Grow: One of the greatest examples of a believer who honored God with his giving was Abram (later renamed Abraham by God).

Abraham saw incredible prosperity and success at every turn because of His attitude in giving. Abraham recognized that everything he had came from God, and he willingly and joyfully gave back Him. Be quick to obey when the Lord leads you to give before Satan has a chance to try to argue you out of it. He will do everything he can to keep you from totally trusting and honoring God with the abundance with which God has blessed you.

DAY 7
Read: Deuteronomy 8:18:
And you shall remember the Lord your God: for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which he swore to your fathers, as it is this day. (NKJV)
Speak: I will remember that it is God who gives me power to get wealth. And the purpose of that wealth is for God’s covenant to be established in the earth.
Think:  Sometimes when we begin to see God’s prosperity manifest in our lives, we begin to think that our own gifts and talents have caused us to prosper and forget it is God who is working through us. We must never lose site of this fact.
Pray: Father, I recognize You are the source of the provision and financial success in my life. Thank you for giving me Your power to get wealth so that I can give. When I give of what You have already given to me, lives are changed for your kingdom.
Grow: Have you ever been in the meeting where the Spirit of God began to move through the offering?

You thought, God is speaking to me and I’m going to give today. When you arrived home you wondered if you just sent your last few dollars into oblivion. You even considered calling the bank to stop payment on your check as fear and doubt grabbed your heart and mind. This is very important for you to remember: After the wall of your fears has fallen flat, you will still have to defeat other fears from time to time, even after abundance begins to flow. If you are not careful, the abundance you experience and then become accustomed to can become your hedge of protection.

DAY 8
Read: Genesis 15:1:
After these things the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Do not be afraid Abram, I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.  (NKJV)
Speak: Father, I thank you that You are my shield and my rapidly increasing supply of finances forever.
Think: If God is our rapidly increasing supply of finances forever, we have absolutely nothing to fear.
Pray: As I pray and seek You for guidance in the part I am to play in giving into Your kingdom, I will not be afraid to give. I know You are my protection and my exceeding great reward.
Grow: In Genesis 15:1, God said to Abraham, “Fear not, Abram: I am your shield, and your exceeding great reward.”

It took three English words to describe what God was saying to Abraham. The Hebrew word for “exceeding” means speedy, fast, or quick. The Hebrew word for “great” means increasing. And the Hebrew word for “reward” literally means salary, wages, or money supply. God said to Abraham, “I will be your shield and your quickly increasing money supply!” God is simply saying, “I know you gave away a great amount of money, but I will be your reward. Quit looking to yourself or your money for security. Stop putting your faith in what you have in the bank, your own efforts, how many hours you can work, how young you are, or what you’ve set aside in savings. Those things are fine, but don’t put your trust in them! Put your trust in Me! I will be your shield and your rapidly increasing supply of finances forever.

DAY 9
Read: Hebrews 7:8:
Here mortal men receive tithes, but there He receives them, of whom it is witnessed that he lives. (NKJV)
Speak: Although I give my tithes to men who will one day die, the Lord receives the heart attitude behind my giving and receives honor when my heart is right.
Think: Have you ever thought, I give my tithes and special offerings week after week to people who will one day die. How does God benefit from my giving? Can He do anything with the money I give? The answer is Yes! When we give freely from a heart of love for God, God receives the faith behind our giving and is honored through our giving.
Pray: Father, I know my finances are going to natural men, but my greatest desire is to honor You through my giving. I pray You will be glorified through what I purpose to give toward Your kingdom. I know You will ultimately reach others for Your kingdom through my giving. Thank You for this opportunity, Lord.
Grow: Hebrews 7:8 tells us men receive our tithes and offerings, but the Lord receives our attitude behind them.

Have you ever noticed how so many Scriptures on giving always emphasize our attitude? Honor the Lord with the firstfruits of your increase. Men who die receive the firstfruits; the Lord receives the honor. What happens when we give in faith? Men receive the money, but God receives the faith. What happens when we give in love? Men receive the money, God receives the love. What happens if we give grudgingly or of necessity? Men receive the money, God gets nothing—and we receive nothing back in return. What God uses is the attitude behind the giving. When we give our finances we give our faith, our love, and our honor to God. Men receive the finances, but God receives our faith, love, and honor. With all these things, God multiplies blessings back to us and brings us out of the land of just enough into the land of abundance.

DAY 10
Read: Psalm 103:17:
But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and his righteousness to children's children; (NKJV)
Speak: Lord, I thank You that Your mercy is from everlasting to everlasting toward me and my family and Your righteousness unto my children’s children.
Think: Although I am giving to a campaign that affects me today, I am really investing in the lives of my children and my children’s children. I want them to walk in even greater blessings than I have walked in during my lifetime.
Pray: Father, I thank you that my children and future generations in my natural family will come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Thank you as you lead me to give into Your kingdom, the offering I give will not only affect my generation, but will affect many generations to come with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Grow: Part of passing the torch of the gospel to the next generation is giving our children the understanding they must know God themselves.

They cannot depend upon us for their salvation, direction in life, knowledge, or wisdom. There comes a time in each person’s life when they have to decide to accept the Lord, serve Him and grow up in Him for themselves. We’re not a Christian because our parents were Christians. Blessings don’t come to us just because our parents are believers and are praying for us. The Bible can be taught to us, but eventually we have to have a personal encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ and choose to believe God’s Word for ourselves.

DAY 11
Read: 1 Kings 3:9:
Therefore give to Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil: For who is able to judge this great a people of Yours? (NKJV)
Speak: Lord, I thank you that I have an understanding heart and above all else, that you have given me Your wisdom concerning every area of my life.
Think: If you could ask God for absolutely anything, what would you ask for? Most of us would be tempted to ask for wealth rather than wisdom to handle the wealth God has already provided for us to receive.
Pray: Father, more than anything else in life I ask you for your divine wisdom. You promised if I would ask, You would give it to me if I would ask in faith and not doubt. Thank for the wisdom I need today and for the wisdom I need concerning my commitment to giving into Your kingdom.
Grow: The Lord appeared to Solomon and told him he could have anything he wanted.

Most people would have probably rubbed their hands together and said, “Oh boy! I’ve been dreaming about this for a long time! Lord, I want so much wealth that nobody in the world will even come near it. I want the best looking chariots in the world. I want my castle to be the biggest in the land. I want a walk-in closet that will take two days to walk from one end to the other. I want to have the most gorgeous garments in all the kingdom. And besides that, Lord, I want my friends to be the most powerful and affluent people in the world. Oh, and by the way Lord, if anybody ever attacks me, I want an army that will crush them in a day’s time.” But what did Solomon ask for? Wisdom. In his first personal encounter with God, he simply asked for wisdom. All the training and teaching he received from his father and mother was good, but it was time for him to make a personal dedication to the Lord, to put Him first in all things just as his parents had done.

DAY 12
Read: 2 Corinthians 9:6:
But this I say; He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. (NKJV)
Speak: I choose to sow bountifully knowing You have promised if I do, I will also reap bountifully.
Think: How much do you love God? How much are you willing to express that love through your giving? God will never force us to give, but is blessed when we give bountifully because of our love for Him.
Pray:  Lord, it is my desire to give generously into your kingdom. Speak to my heart what you would have me to give into Your kingdom. I will give as you direct my heart because of My love for You.
Grow: This verse is simply saying, when we withhold from giving, it will lead to poverty, but when we give generously, it will lead to great prosperity.

God wants us to know, when we’re generous in His kingdom, the Holy Spirit energizes our tithes and offerings and brings a generous return. Just as one seed planted in good soil grows into a larger plant and produces many seeds, our giving brings multiplied prosperity to us. Money has the ability to reproduce, both naturally and supernaturally. We can invest money wisely today and get back more money tomorrow by natural means. Money has seed potential. But only when energized by the Holy Spirit does it have a supernatural potential and eternal value. Nowhere in this earth can we plant and have a miraculous return except in the kingdom of God.

DAY 13
Read: Mark 4:26-27:
And He said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how. (NKJV)
Speak: When I plant my financial seed into God’s kingdom, I don’t have to worry about how it will grow or affect God’s kingdom, I can simply trust that it is making an eternal difference.
Think: One small seed can produce a great harvest. Even a small seed planted in God’s kingdom can produce a great harvest of souls.
Pray: Father, I desire to sow seed into your kingdom. The size of the seed is insignificant in Your sight because when I give in faith, my seed will produce results.
Grow: Offerings have the ability to keep on working long after we are gone, just like natural seeds planted in the past.

When we plant a seed from a pear, that seed eventually grows into a pear tree. Then year after year, that pear tree will produce pears and the seeds form those pears will produce more pear trees and more pears. From planting one little seed, a tremendous amount of fruit is produced over many years. In the same way, the finances we sow into God’s kingdom today will produce much fruit.

DAY 14
Read: 2 Corinthians 9:8:
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. (NKJV)
Speak: Because God’s grace abounds toward me, I always have all I need and have an abundance to give into every good work.
Think: God is the One Who causes His grace to abound toward me. I simply need to receive it and when I do, I will have an abundance to give into every good work.
Pray:  Father, I desire to give into every good work. Thank You for Your grace that allows me to give into Your kingdom as You lead me to.
Grow: Every time we give an offering, it represents the years God has been working on our behalf, before and after we were born again.

Therefore, what we give to Him started a long time ago and it didn’t start with us, it started with Him. He’s the one Who blessed us. He’s the One Who sought us out. And He’s the One Who redeemed us and prospered us so we could give back to Him. In many Scriptures, especially the Psalms, God continues to say, “Remember the Red Sea; don’t forget any of My benefits. Look back and remember how I delivered you out of bondage. Remember how I brought the wall of Jericho down.” If we will do this when we give to the Lord, we will say, “This offering began a long time ago, Lord. It doesn’t just represent the past few days, but many years of your grace in my life.”

DAY 15
Read: Psalm 116:12:
What shall I render to the Lord for all His benefits toward me? (NKJV)
Speak: What can I possibly give to the Lord for all of His benefits toward me?
Think: How could I ever repay the Lord for all of the benefits I obtained at the moment I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior? There is no greater benefit than my salvation.
Pray: Father, I could never thank You enough for all of the benefits I received through salvation. Show me how I can give into Your kingdom so others will ultimately come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and reap the benefits You have provided for us.
Grow: God is not waiting on us to bless Him. He’s waiting to bless us.

Giving is simply our act of obedience, which frees Him to give back to us “good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over” (Luke 6:38). When we are in heaven, the praises are not going to be about our giving. God will not call us out one by one and say, “I remember the day you gave your greatest offering.” Throughout eternity, we are going to remember one gift, one tithe, one firstfruits offering which God gave on the cross—Jesus! Whatever we give to God, we give in response to HIS OFFERING. We give because of the shed blood and broken body of Jesus Christ, which brought us salvation and grace in every area of our lives.
